On 11/14/22 at 11:09am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Martha Malane and David Miller conducted an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering findings for the above listed allegations. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Principal, Elisa Holston-Arteaga and disclosed the purpose of the inspection. LPAs were led on a tour of the facility. There were 10 children and three (3) staff members present.

During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with complainant, staff members, parents and children. Staff denied the above allegations stating children are accorded dignity, are not handled in a rough manner, not spoken to inappropriately and meals are provided every day. Due to conflicting statements obtained and although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.

No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted Principal, Elisa Holston-Arteaga. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Unsubstantiated
