32 | It is also alleged that the facility is dirty, malodorous and in disrepair. Based on LPA’s observations, interviews with staff and parents, although the facility is older and worn in places, it is not dirty. There have not been any odors when entering the facility and all diaper trash is kept in a diaper genie outside the door. All trash is emptied daily. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging day care children are exposed to verbal altercations while in care, facility is dirty, malodorous and in disrepair. The Department has found that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted, and report was reviewed with Licensee, Terri Hart. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
