On 12/30/2023 at 2:30 pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Danielle Anderson & Michelle Hood, made an unannounced inspection to inspect the facility for a requested temporary room change due to construction. LPA was greeted by the Director Nicole Hage.

The facility has requested to temporarily use rooms for the current children ages 2 – 5 years old from Classrooms #1, #2, #3, #4 to Classrooms A, B, C, D . A fire clearance was approved on 12/17/2024.



LPA measured and inspected Classrooms #A - D today. The facility is currently approved for 90 pre-school children. The classrooms measured 2927 sq. ft, sufficient for 83 preschool children. There are 5 toilets and one urinal and 6 hand washing sinks. Age-appropriate furniture and equipment was in place. No hazards were noted.

Once a file review is completed, a room change may be granted. LPAs conducted a childcare quality management interview with Nicole Hage. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the director. LPA reminded the director to inform LPA when construction is complete, so that a new fire clearance can be submitted as well as an updated LIC 999A. No deficiencies are cited. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND WILL REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
