On 09/10/2024 at 2:45pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an unannounced inspection to amend the prior report dated 08/20/2024. The prior report had an error on the indoor activity space measurement due to calculation error. LPA corrected the information on the report dated 08/20/2024 and had Director Kim Vandergrift signed the amended report with today's date.

All the children had gone home today at 2:30pm therefore no children are in care during today's inspection.

Facility appears to be within substantial compliance during today's inspection. No citation issue.

Notice of site visit shall be posted for 30 days.
