13 | On 4/28/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for a complaint received on 2/4/25. The LPA met with Director, Anita Hill. There were 76 preschool children and 17 staff present today.
Based on file review, staff interviews, parent interviews, and review of pertinent documentation there was not enough evidence to support the allegations that staff do not ensure adequate supervision is being provided resulting in children sustaining unexplained injuries while in care and that staff do not ensure reporting requirements are being followed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not enough evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited today. The exit interview was conducted with the Director, Anita Hill. Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report was provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
