On 1/16/24 at 12:35 PM LPA Annette Sutherland arrived at the facility to deliver amended reports previously delivered on 10/26/23 and 1/9/24. LPA met with director Lara Blouin and toured facility 174 children were present and 30 staff members were present.

LPA provided notice of site visit and appeal rights. No deficiencies were cited.
