On 2/11/26 at 9:37 AM LPA J.C. Valdez made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 11/14/25 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above referenced allegation. LPA met with the Director Jennifer Low. LPA observed 10 staff and 51 children in 5 classrooms.

It was alleged, Staff do not ensure children are provided with supervision at all times. LPA conducted investigative interviews which were contradictory in nature. During inspection visits on 11/17/25, 1/23/26, and 2/11/26 LPA observed children being escorted to the bathroom and supervised by a teacher. Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it could not be determined that the facility always ensures that children are provided adequate supervision while in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Jennifer Low. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA observed form posted.
