On 8/25/2022 @ 8:38AM, LPA Nancy DIaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection in reference to licensee's request to inspect the new outdoor play designated for Toddlers to use. LPA met with Jill Griggs. A tour of the classrooms was conducted. Observed present today were 8 preschool children and 2 toddlers with staff Jenny Hallock & Carrie Green. Facility extended their toddler play area and added 1,917 sq. ft. this will accommodate 25 toddlers. Age-appropriate supplies and equipment were observed in the new area. Sufficient shade is also provided for the children's use.

There were no deficiency observed today.

Exit interview was conducted with Jill Griggs. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was posted and shall remain posted for 30 days.
