On 10/12/2022 @ 8:20AM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to observe corrections to deficiencies cited on 9/22/2022. LPA met with Regina Serbin, School Principal and Ali Nasra, Lead Teacher.

LPA observed that the deficiencies cited on 9/22/2022 were all corrected.

Exit interview was conducted with Ali Nasra. LPA reviewed the inspection report with Ms. Nasra and provided her a copy of the report. Notice of site visit was also provided today and observed posted.
