On 11/8/22 on 8:30 am LPA Annette Sutherland conducted a case management visit to deliver an amended report. Report dated 11/1/22 contains error regarding classroom names and faucet locations. These errors have now been corrected.

No deficiencies were cited , licensee was provided a copy of amended report.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Jennifer Kelly . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
