Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Wilkerson arrived at this facility to inspect and measure an addtional new playground for preschool use. LPA toured the facility with Ms. Nieto, took census and measured the playground. The playground has adequate space to accommodate 57 children. The playground is approved for the preschool use.

An exit interview was conducted and a Notice of Site Visit to be posted. A copy of appeal rights and a copy of this report was provided to Ms. Nieto on this date.
