Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liliana Silveira conducted an unannounced visit regarding the closure of the the facility. LPA attempted to contact the Administrator Miguel Malone via phone, but all phone numbers on record for the facility were disconnected.

During the visit, LPA observed that the property was vacant. LPA observed a large For Sale commercial retail sign at the main entrance to the property. LPA walked around the property and looked through the windows- the inside of the property was unfurnished and empty. There were no vehicles parked on site. LPA also conducted research online and obtained information from Redfin.com indicating that the property was sold on 06/03/2022.

Facility will be closed and a closure letter will be sent to the Licensee's address on file.
