25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Esther Miller conducted an announced pre-licensing visit to follow-up on a previous pre-licensing visit that was conducted on September 8, 2022 to observe the facility’s physical plant for compliance with Title 22, Division 6 of California Code of Regulations and Health & Safety Code. LPA was granted entry and met with Ramla Sahid, Administrator.
During today's visit, LPA toured the facility and observed the water temperature in bathroom measured at 110.5, 110.3, and 109.9 degrees Fahrenheit. LPA observed locked cabinets and closets in which hazardous and/or toxic chemicals will be stored and secured. All unlocked cabinets did not have any hazardous and/or toxic chemicals. Ample and appropriate storage was present to store perishable food items, with refrigerator measuring at 28.1 degrees Fahrenheit. Required postings were observed in visible areas of the facility. LPA observed a sign-in book for all visitors; signs posted at facility entrance with the facility’s visitor policy, and signs throughout the facility to promote hand hygiene, cough/sneeze etiquette and physical distancing.
Item reviewed during today's visit is in compliance with Title 22, Division 6 of California Code of Regulations, and applicant has passed the pre-licensing inspection. Applicant was advised that the application is pending management final review and approval. This report was discussed with the applicant, and copies of the report and Applicant Rights (LIC9058) were provided to the applicant at the conclusion of the visit. |
