25 | On October 26, 2023 at 1:10 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leilani Curtis conducted an unannounced case management inspection in reference to the licensee’s request for a capacity change and room change. At approximately 1:17 p.m. the licensee/director Karyne Begin arrived at the facility. LPA and Director toured the facility. There were 42 napping children present with 5 staff members. Appropriate ratio and capacity were observed. Staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility. The facility is currently licensed for 35 preschool children ages 3 to kindergarten in rooms 1, 2 and 3; and 24 toddler children ages 18-36 months in rooms 5, 6 and 7. The licensee has requested to serve 23 preschool children ages 3-Kindergarten in rooms 2 and 3, and 36 toddler children ages 18-36 months in rooms 1, 5, 6 and 7. The total capacity will remain at 59 children.

- Room 5: 251 sq. ft. of indoor space.
- Room 6: 333 sq. ft. of indoor space.
- Room 7: 409 sq. ft. of indoor space.
