13 | On 2/25/2026 at 3:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mahjoba Mohsini conducted a complaint visit regarding a complaint received on 12/12/2025 to deliver findings on the above-referenced allegation. LPA met with Licensee Corrina Fantusi. Present at the home were 8 daycare children and two adult residents, Francesco Mariani and Lorenzo Mariani.
It was alleged that the Licensee did not allow the authorized representative to inspect the daycare home.
During the investigation, interviews were conducted and available information was reviewed which did not provide sufficient or consistent evidence that the Reporting Party (RP) was denied access to the facility, and in fact indicated the Licensee had previously allowed the RP to enter.
Based on the information gathered, there is insufficient evidence to prove or disprove the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is determined to be Unsubstantiated, meaning that although the allegation may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support that a violation occurred. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Licensee Corrina Fantusi. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
