On 5/21/24 at 9:31 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings regarding the above allegation. LPA Sutherland met with Licensee Veronica Castillon also present in the home was licensee’s helper Cassandra De Santiago. Census was 8 children. The Department fully investigated the above allegation. During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with staff members, parents and children relating to the above allegation. LPA also obtained and reviewed related documentation. Although LPA did not find evidence of the licensee yelling at the children during the investigation,LICensee does have a loud voice and day care room does carry sound it does not conclusively prove or disprove the allegation there for It is determined that the allegation is UNSUBTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted with Director. No deficiencies observed in the areas inspected during today's visit. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed Licensee post notice of site visit.
