On 4/14/2022 @ 8:50AM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an announced follow-up prelicensing inspection with both applicants, Shamshad & Asadullah Noori. The purpose of this inspection is to observe corrections requested on 4/07/2022.

The following corrections were observed today:

- Power cords & cables are now inaccessible to children.
- Cleaning tools stored in the backyard and air conditioner unit are now inaccessible to children. Mr. Noori installed a door to make the side yard inaccessible.
- Mr. Noori conducted a file audit. All required forms are now completed. All immunization forms have been updated.

Fire clearance was issued by the El Cajon Fire Department on 3/22/2022 for a large capacity.

No other correction needed at this time. A license for a large child care is issued effective today, 4/14/2022.

For a large family child care home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time when there is an assistant provider in the home, including children under the age 10 who reside at the licensee's home shall be: 12 children and up to 14 with no more than 3 infants and, 1 child in kindergarten or elementary school and 1 child at least 6 years old.
