On 9/17/24 at 9:00am LPA Patrick Ma made an announced prelicensing follow up visit to inspect fence and gate for compliance.

Facility has a small water fall that funnel into a small pond on the backside of the backyard. Wood fence measuring 5.5 feet high with self-latching gate was installed to make body of water inaccessible to children, meets regulation requirement. LPA advised applicant to frequently check that gate is operational. Body of water is now properly fenced and inaccessible to children. License may be approved upon final file review.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Roseline Laineus. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
