On 6/26/2023 @ 11:50AM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with staff Kailynn Peralta. Observed present today were 18 preschool children napping in Room B6 with staff Natalia Albanez & Breanna Guzman. Facility is in the process of combining both classrooms. Facility has requested to remove room B6 from the license as the School District is taking over it.

LPA measured Room B5 today. It has a total of 863 sq. ft. and will accommodate 24 preschool children. The bathrooms are located within the campus. Facility has been approved a waiver that will allow preschool children to use the bathroom located within the campus.

An updated STD 850 (Fire Marshall inspection form) was submitted to the San Diego Fire Prevention Bureau.

An updated license will be issued effective July 1, 2023 for maximum capacity of 24 preschool children in Room B5 only.

No deficiency cited today.
