On 9/20/23 @ 8:15AM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the findings to the above allegations. LPA met with Director Ana Mendoza. Observed present today were 25 children and staff Elaine Aguirre, Liz Rodriguez and Gabby Flores.
The initial complaint investigation was conducted on 8/31/23. It was alleged that staff did not prevent day care children from being bullied by other children and that staff did not treat day care child fairly. Throughout the course of investigation, interviews were conducted with staff, children and several parents. The information obtained from interviews were contradictory to the allegations. Based on this information, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegations found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Ana Mendoza A notice of site visit was given and observed posted. This notice must remain posted for 30 days
