On 07/01/26 at 2:00PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J.C. Valdez conducted and unnanounced visit to deliver findings for the complaint received on 04/20/26, for the above allegation. LPA met with the Director Ana Mendoza. LPA identified himself and disclosed the purpose of the visit. There were 31 children and 7 staff in 2 classrooms. All adults present are fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility.

It was alleged that the facility is not meeting daycare children's toileting needs. The Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted investigative interviews with staff, parents children; however, the statements obtained were inconsistent and did not establish a clear pattern of concern.The LPA conducted onsite inspections on 04/24/26 and 05/29/26. During both visits, no toileting related violations were observed. Staff were seen performing multiple diaper changes for several children, and documentation reviewed confirmed that the facility consistently logs diapering activities and provides updates to parents.

 Based on interviews, observations, and a review of facility records, there was not enough evidence to determine that the facility failed to meet children’s toileting needs. Although the reported concerns may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to substantiate the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Ana Mendoza. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
