On 1/25/2023 @ 8AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with site director, Ana Mendoza.

The following census were observed today:
Room B1 with 12 children and staff Ana Mendoza & Gabby Martinez.
Room B2 with 18 children and staff Elain Aguirre and Liz Rodriguez.

No deficiency cited today.

Exit interview was conducted with Ms. Mendoza. A copy of this report and notice of site visit was provided and observed posted.
