On 4/15/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering findings for complaint received on 1/30/24. The LPA met with Owner, Rafat (Rocky) Ilaian and toured the facility. There were 18 preschool children present and 3 staff at the facility.

Based on the information obtained from facility file reviews, parent interviews, and staff interviews, it was not determined that Staff don’t supervise daycare properly and Daycare children’s needs are not being met. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no corroborating evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. The preponderance of the evidence has not been met and therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.

The exit interview was conducted with Owner, Rafat (Rocky) Ilaian. Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report was provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
