On 5/30/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering findings for complaint received on 3/18/24. The LPA met with Owner, Rafat (Rocky) Ilaian and toured the facility. There were 11 infants present and 4 staff at the facility. Based on the information obtained from observation, parent interviews, and staff interviews, it was undetermined that staff do not ensure that children are provided a sufficient quantity of food. LPA inspected the facility food prep area and observed meal times at different unannounced visits and found a reasonable amount of food available to the children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no corroborating evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. The preponderance of the evidence has not been met and therefore, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.

The exit interview was conducted with Owner, Rafat (Rocky) Ilaian. Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report was provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
