Due to computer malfunction, LPA typed up and read this report to Ms. Lott-Schwartz via telephone after the inspection was concluded. Exit interview was conducted. The maximum capacity that the facility can be licensed for is 24 children due the limited indoor square footage. Once corrections have been made and submitted, a preschool license for 24 children (ages 2- Kindergarten) may be granted upon final file review. This report will be emailed to Ms. Hall and Ms. Lott-Schwartz and shall be kept available at the facility for public review for 3 years. |
