32 | During site inspections on 12/15/25, 2/25/26, and 2/26/26, LPA observed the facility following the individual feeding plan for each infant and providing meals as listed on the school menu with regulation proportions and offering seconds to infants. The facility also provides food for infants whose food is provided by parents and is offered food from the school menu with parents permission.
Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it is determined that there is insufficient evidence that supports the allegations. LPA did not observe staff not providing the adequate infant care food service minimum amount of food components during the visits. Therefore, the allegation of staff not providing adequate infant care food service was found to be Unsubstantiated. LPA observed non ambulatory infants placed in cribs during nap time. Therefore, the allegation of staff placing non ambulatory infants on cots was found to be Unsubstantiated.
An Unsubstantiated finding means that although the allegation may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to show that a violation took place.
An exit interview was conducted with the Director, Jessica Hewitt.
A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) and a copy of the report (LIC 9099) were provided to the Director, Jessica Hewitt.
The exit interview was completed, and the report was reviewed with Director, Jessica Hewitt.
