On 03/07/2022 at 8:35am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings to the above allegations. The initial inspection was conducted on 02/23/2022. LPA met with Ass't. Director, Ginette Granados. A tour of the infant classroom was conducted. LPA observed 5 infants with staff Denise White and Jovana White. Appropriate staffing ratio was observed, and all staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility.
Throughout the course of investigation, interviews were conducted with the director, ass't director, several staff and day care parents. Based on the information obtained, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated which means although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. No citation issued.
Exit interview was conducted with Ms. Granados. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights (1/16) were discussed and provided. A copy will be provided via email to: info@magichourspreschool.com Notice of site visit will be posted. Failure to post notice of site visit will result to $100 civil penalty.
