13 | On 7/20/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Tyra Block made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 5/10/22 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above referenced allegations.
It was alleged staff handled children in a rough manner, yelled at children, and the facility retaliated against a parent for filing a complaint. Present at the facility were 51 children and 7 staff (including licensee).
Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it is determined that the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
An exit interview ws conducted with licensee, Jeanette Bradley.
A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted 30 days. If these requirements are not met, civil penalties will be assessed.
This report has been amended to add the last allegation (Staff left child...).
