On 6/7/23 at 9:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keturah Lane conducted an unannounced Proof of Corrections (POC) visit at the facility. Upon arrival, LPA was met by Director Maggie Camargo and toured the facility. At 9:05 AM, LPA observed toddlers outside on the playground and preschoolers were in circle time in the Palm room. All staff were fingerprint cleared and associated to facility. Census was as follows:

· 8 toddlers with staff members Anya Chavarria and Jazmin Parra (Pine Room)

· 31 preschoolers with staff members Aylin Zamora, Areli Mendez and Guadalupe Ruiz "Lupita" in Palm Room

Also present at facility was Director Maggie Camargo who was observing in Palm room. Owner Nicole Hall arrived at 9:15 AM. Owner showed LPA new procedures for drop off and pick up by back gate allowing parents to enter facility and encourage communication. Staff members Anya Chavarria and Jazmin Parra have infant toddler units and are fully qualified infant/toddler teachers. Facility was within ratio and capacity requirements. Prior deficiencies have been cleared. LPA provided letters of clearance to Owner Nicole Hall. No deficiencies were cited at this inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with owner Nicole Hall. Notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
