On 10/20/23 at 3:45pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patrick Ma made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 9/28/23 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above reference allegation. Upon arrival, Director Coralito Garcia was supervising the preschool class room outside. Soon after, fully qualified teacher Brianna Garcia and aide Kalie Schiefer came to relieve her. Present in the facility were 13 day care children and 3 staff utilizing 2 rooms. Facility was in ratio.

Site visits on 10/6/23 and 10/20/23, LPA observed faciility in ratio and qualified staff supervising children and aides. Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it is determined that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Coralito Garcia. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
