13 | On 11/30/22 at 1:45 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Adrian Mangina and Keturah Lane conducted an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 9/28/22 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above reference allegations.
Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed LPA was unable to corroborate the allegations that facility staff member handled day care child in rough manner and facility staff member made innapproriate comments to daycare child. LPA interviewed all four staff present on the day of the alleged incident and 13 other adults associated with the classroom and none witnessed the alleged incidents. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Victoria Peterson. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
