On 12/9/2024 @ 8:50AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. LPA met and toured the toddler room with Tomeka Williams, Site Director. Present today were 6 infants and toddlers.

The purpose of this inspection is to follow-up on a self-reported unusual incident reported on 12/5/2024. It was alleged that a child in the toddler room was observed to have a scratch in the private area.

Ms. Tomeka provided LPA with staff statements and current Children's Roster. LPA also reviewed the video of the classroom on the day in question.

There were no deficiency cited today.

Exit interview was conducted with Ms. Williams. LPA reviewed and provided a copy of this report. Notice of site visit was also given and must be posted for 30 days.
