13 | On 12/04/25 at 10:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)vVeronica Torres Gonzalez conducted a follow-up inspection in order to deliver findings to the above allegations. Initial inspection was conducted on 10/22/25. LPA Met with Site Director Simone Henriques.
It was alleged that that staff restrained a child during naptime, failed to provide proper supervision, and used inappropriate discipline. Following interviews, observations, and a review of records, no evidence supported these claims. The LPA observed children napping in accordance with regulations, and both staff and parents reported no concerns about the center’s safety or practices.
Therefore, the information obtained did not conclusively support nor disprove the allegation above. It is determined that the allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
