13 | On 12/04/25 at 9:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Torres Gonzalez conducted a follow-up inspection in order to deliver findings to the above allegations. Initial inspection was conducted on 10/02/25. LPA Met with Site Director Simone Henriques.
It was alleged that inadequate supervision, unmet diapering needs for infants, and unsanitary facility conditions. After interviews, observations, and document reviews, no evidence was found showing lack of supervision or mishandling of children’s needs. The facility was observed to be clean and orderly, and records showed that a past pest issue had been addressed promptly and appropriately. Therefore, the information obtained did not conclusively support nor disprove the allegation above. It is determined that the allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was completed, and required documents including the Notice of Site Visit were provided and must be posted for 30 days.
