13 | On 3/12/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for a complaint received on 12/24/25. The LPA met with the Owner, Ben Talachi. There were 22 children and 9 staff present today.
Based on file review, interviews with parents and staff, there was not enough evidence to support the above allegations. The video footage and staff interviews did not reveal enough evidence to prove the allegation that staff violated childrens' personal rights. Staff and parent interviews did not have enough corroborating evidence to prove that unqualified staff are supervising children alone. Parent feedback was positive. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not enough evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited today. A copy of this report and appeal rights were given. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
