On 9/29/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for a complaint received on 7/25/25. The LPA met with the Director, Sandra Reyes. There were 37 children and 10 staff present today.

Based on file review, interviews with parents and staff, and review of pertinent documentation there was not enough evidence to support the above allegations.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not enough evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited today.

The exit interview was conducted with the Director, Sandra Reyes. The Appeal Rights and a copy of the licensing report were provided. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
