13 | On 06/09/2026 at 3:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 04/28/2026, with above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Licensee Nese Delibas and toured the facility. A total of 12 infants and 4 staff, 10 toddlers and 2 staff and 18 preschoolers with 3 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted.
It was alleged that bedding was not properly stored. Based on LPA observations and interviews with staff and parents, there was insufficient information to substantiate the allegation. Only two of fourteen individuals interviewed reported concerns about bedding storage.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Nese Delibas. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
