Facility isn't following safe sleep practices

On 07/15/26 at 10:35AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on complaint received on 04/28/26, with above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by new Director Erica Rocha and toured the facility. A total of 13 infants and 4 staff, 9 toddlers and 2 staff and 20 preschoolers with 3 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprint cleared and associated. An updated children roster was requested.

It was alleged that the facility is not following safe sleep practices. During LPA's follow up inspections, safe sleep practices were observed and none of the people interviewed, including staff and parents, disclosed any concerns.
During today’s inspection, LPA Macias reviewed Sleep Logs and Individual Infant Sleep Plans and were found to be complete.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated.
