Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Executive Director Sharilyn Webster and toured the facility. A total of 12 infants and 5 staff, 10 toddlers and 2 staff and 15 preschoolers with 3 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted.

Seventeen of twenty-four individuals interviewed reported similar concerns.
