On 06/30/2026 at 3:15pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Adriana Macias and Paul Cortez conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on complaint received on 04/20/2026, with above allegations. Upon arrival, LPAs were greeted by new Director Erica Rocha and toured the facility. A total of 10 infants and 4 staff, 8 toddlers and 2 staff and 18 preschoolers with 4 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprint cleared and associated.

It was alleged that staff do not have required qualifications, that staff do not ensure the day care is free of mold and that staff do not ensure the daycare center is free of hazards. Based on the LPA’s observations, record reviews, and interviews with staff and parents, there was insufficient evidence to substantiate these allegations. Six out of twelve individuals interviewed expressed concerns related to staff qualifications. Zero out of twelve individuals reported seeing mold, though four were unsure. Zero out of twelve individuals reported observing any hazards in the facility.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated.
