On March 23, 2023 at 1:35 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Ana Noble and Cindy Hamilton conducted a case management inspection, due to the Licensee's requesting and increase in capacity for the preschool license. The Fire Department granted the fire clearance on 5/4/2022. This is a combination center and the other licensed programs are: Infant and school age. A tour of the inside and outside of the facility was granted and the following was observed and/or noted: LPAs Noble and Hamilton measured Room #6 which is designated preschool.

Preschool Indoor Activity Areas
Classrooms # 3-5 were previously measured July 21, 2020 and had sufficient space to accommodate 35 children.
Classroom #6: 23.25 x 18.42 = 428 - (Bathroom 3.75 x 4.42 = 17)/35 = 411. LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 12 children.
Total capacity for preschool classrooms #3 - 6 = 47 children

Preschool Bathroom Fixtures
4 toilets x 15 = 60 children 4 sinks x 15 = 60 children

Preschool Outdoor Activity Area:
It was previously determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 39 children. Limiting factor for preschool capacity is the capacity requested. There is a waiver for shared playground with school age on file.

No deficiencies cited.
