On September 27, 2023 at 9:56 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Ana Noble conducted an Case Management inspection regarding Change in capacity-Increase from 17 to 22 Infants and room changes that have be made. LPA is requesting a updated facility sketch show actual layout of the entire facility).

Measurements were taken and the following was determined:
Indoor Activity Areas - Infant Room #1-3.
LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 22 infants. However, there are only 5 cribs. Licensee is understand that only 5 infants requiring use of a crib can be enrolled all others must be able to sleep on mats.

Outdoor Activity Area - Infant Playgrounds
LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 11 infants. Approved Waivers for Playground on file. Limiting factor for Infant Program capacity is indoor activity area of 22 infants. The Fire Clearance was granted on 9/6/2023. No deficiencies cited.
Prior to submittal of change in capacity to 22, proof/picture of installed partition wall must be submitted to the department. Once received the application for increase will be submitted for approval. LPA advised Director Maribel Hadnot that the partition must always remain in place during hours of operation.
An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights and notice of site visit was issued to Director, Maribel Hadnot, Licensee. THE LICENSEE UNDERSTANDS THAT IT MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS.
