Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ana Noble and Jessica Rubio arrived at the facility for the purpose of a Case Management - Initiated by the Licensee for capacity increase to the Preschool License and Infant License, which was previously being used for the School Age License.

The area now has been separated by moveable partitions to separate the New Preschool and Infant areas (This area is no longer assigned to the School Age Children-Only the middle area of the multipurpose room is now being used for school age children). LPAs measured the school age area with current changes made by the Licensee.

Measurements were taken and the following was determined:

Indoor Activity Areas - Multipurpose Room/Center Area only.
LPAs have determined no change to the capacity of 14 School age children due to the changes that have been made.

Bathroom Fixtures: 2 toilets x 15 = 30 children 1 sinks x 15 = 15 children

Outdoor Activity Area: LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space for the current capacity of 14 school age children (changes were made and now there is a gate that now separates the preschool playground from the school age children). These changes have not changed the capacity of 14 school age children.

An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the Licensee, Maribel Hadnot. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
