25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble, Licensing Program Managers (LPMs) Deborah Mullen and Pauline Beschorner arrived at the facility for the purpose of verifying and ensuring the facility is ready for Licensure. LPA and LPMs met with Applicant Lucelyna Godwin and RobertoTrada, Executive Director of Mottino toured the entire facility and outdoor spaces, due to a lapse in time between last inspection and this inspections . This facility also currently has a Inactive School Age License, which is in a portable modular building that has no direct access to the building and pool area.
The newly constructed playground was also measured during this inspection, that will be added to the Preschool Outdoor space. The pool fence that has been installed made of One and one quarter inch chain link fence and is at least 5 feet in height with a self-closing latching gate at this time. The licensee has also installed alarm doors on all the preschool access doors. The Fire Clearance Inspection was conducted on May 12, 2023 however has not been granted.
The following must be completed or obtained before license can be granted.
1. Waiver for pool area will be reviewed for approval.
2. New playground needs to be set up with outdoor age appropriate equipment, once completed, submit pictures once the playground is set to the Dept.
3. Sign on Staff Bathroom, submit a picture of sign posted on the door.
4. Obtain Fire Clearance.
Once all corrections have been completed the license will be submitted for approval for a total of 40 Preschool Children. Exit interview conducted this report and appeal rights were reviewed and provided to Ms. Lucelyna Godwin, Licensee. All reports must be maintained for 3 years and kept available for review upon request, .
