25 | On April 24, 2023 at 9:46 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ana Noble and William Chancellor and Licensing Program Managers (LPMs) Pauline Beschorner and Deborah Mullen arrived at the facility to conducted Case Management Inspection at combination center with Infants and Preschool licenses. LPAs and LPMs met with Nikki Boles to provide the purpose of the inspections to measure both the Infant classroom and Preschool Classroom due to changes made by the Licensee to the use of playgrounds and classrooms.
The previously used crib area is now being used as an activity space/room. The Classroom #1 and #2 - the two new classrooms/activity areas are the two rooms closest to the restroom/diaper changing room.
Based on the changes made LPA Noble has determined that Indoor Activity space Classroom #1 and #2 has sufficient 15 Infants. Licensee will submit application to decrease of capacity to 15.
LPA has determined that there is sufficient indoor activity space to accommodate 15 Infant children. No changes have been made to the infant playground. Waiver on file for only 9 infants at an given time.
Licensee-Nikki Boles, was informed that prior to any changes made to physical plants both indoor and outdoor to areas used by children requires a Case Management inspection by the Department prior to implementing an changes.
No deficiencies cited during inspection.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, notice of site visit and appeal rights was provided to the Nikki Boles, Licensee on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years. |
