25 | On October 20, 2022 at 9:38 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jessica Rubio arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing relocation inspection. Present during this inspection was: Princess Raines. The home is one story with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den with an attached garage. LPA toured the facility, inside and out with Applicant Princess Raines and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Per Applicant, off-limit areas include: Master bedroom, bedroom 2, laundry area and garage. Off-limit areas have locked doors and/or safety door knob covers, making them inaccessible to children.
· Normal hours of operation will be: Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order. Both were working properly.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, fully charged and met standards established by the State Fire Marshal. The facility received a fire clearance on 10/7/2022.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons, toxins and cleaners are inaccessible to children and locked under the kitchen sink and in the garage. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored on top of the refrigerator. Medicines are locked and stored in the master bathroom.
· First Aid Kit is located in the front closet, and contains all required items.
· No guns or weapons are stored in the facility as of this date as stated by applicant. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· The fireplace is properly screened
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys were observed. |
