32 | Secondly, it was alleged that staff yelled at child. Specifically stating that, when C1 ran into another classroom, S1 was heard shouting, “Absolutely, NOT.” Four of four interviews corroborated that when C1 ran into the Ladybug classroom, S1 did raise their voice due to a safety concern. Record review confirmed, S1 attempted to communicate with P1 on their intention to redirect C1 and their safety concern, however yelling and cursing was initiated by P1, not S1. Record review additionally confirmed that S1 remained professional and calm when confronted by P1.
Based on conflicting statements from interviews and record review, LPA is unable to corroborate the allegation that, facility staff handled child in a rough manner and facility staff yelled at child.
