32 | However, more recently, the CCC has begun gathering detailed information for children’s records. Additionally, while some staff indicated that the observed behaviors may have been preventable, other interviews reflected that staff did take measures to prevent harm to other children. During the course of the investigation, some evidence gathered did support that there had been attempts made by the CCC to prevent other children from being harmed. Therefore, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with Director Jane Gomez. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview. A notice of site visit was given and licensee understands this must remain posted for 30 days.
