25 | On 06/26/2026 at 09:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Griselda Castellon announced a return visit to observe and document corrections to the playground form initial visit on 06/23/2026. Upon arrival, LPA met with Nicole Steel, Chief Academic Officer.
All outdoor activity areas used by the children were inspected today.
The facility currently has a fully fenced playground area for all components. Fencing is made of wrought iron and wooden fencing that is at least four feet high.
The total square footage for the toddler’s outdoor activity space is 2651.40, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. Shade in the preschool playground is provided via trees, a pop up canopy and umbrellas. There are sufficient outdoor age-appropriate toys, a sand pit, and play equipment available on the playground.
The total square footage for the preschool outdoor activity space is 6265.00, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. Shade in the playground is provided via trees, large permanent mesh canopy, and umbrellas. There are sufficient outdoor age-appropriate toys and play equipment available on the playground. There is a climbing structure on the playground for children ages 2-5, which is properly anchored. There is adequate cushioning in the fall zones of the climber provided by wood chips.
A license for 77 children, 17 infants (0 -2 years old) in room 2, 16 toddlers (18-36 months) in room 1, and 44 preschoolers (2 – 5 years old) in rooms 3, and 4 will be granted upon a final file review.
The fire clearance was received by email today and was cleared on 06/25/2026.
