On 01/11/2024 at 4:10pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an inspection to inspect Pre-K 1, Pre-K 2, Early Preschool and Toddler 3 classrooms as the facility would like to reopen those classrooms next week. On 12/23/2023, during closed hours, a SUV came through the building causing extensive damage requiring the facility to closed for repairs.

Part of the building flooring needed to be replaced. LPA conducted a tour of the entire facility and there is running water and operating sinks and toilets available for the children. During the kitchen's renovation, breakfast, lunch and snacks will be brought over from the nearby La Petite that is 1.2 miles away. Based on LPA observation and inspection, the above classrooms appears to be safe for the children to return to care next week. The outdoor playground also appears to be safe for the children to play.

Facility will be opening the kitchen and preschool area shortly and LPA will conduct another follow up inspection prior to reopening of the areas.
